합성섬유 필라멘트 사용 보빈

본 고안은 합성섬유 필라멘트사용 보빈에 관한 것으로서 특히 수출용 합성섬유 필라멘트사에 사용되는 원 웨이보빈(One way bobbin)을 개량한 것이다.
일반적으로 수출용 합성섬유 필라멘트사에 사용되는 금속제 보빈은 원가 절감상의 이유로 보빈하단부에 어덮터(Adopter)를 끼우지 않고 합성섬유 필라멘트사를 권취 및 해사하기 때문에 권취 및 해사과정중 슬리이브의 고정용 절개부 {제3도의 (6)부분}에 실이 걸려서 사절의 원인이 되어왔다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 개선한 것으로서 이하 첨부도면에 의하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다. 금속제 슬리브(1)의 표면에 지관(2)을 끼워서된 통상의 합성섬유 필라멘트사용 보빈(3)에 있어서, 슬리브(1)의 하단부에 보빈고정용 요홈(4) 수개를 지관(2)의 내측으로 형성시켜서 된 것이다.
미설명부호 5는 어덮터, 6은 보빈고정용 절개부이다. 종래의 것은 보빈 고정수단이 절개부(6)로 되어 있으므로 권취 및 해사과정중 필라멘트사가 이부분에 걸리는 일이 많아서 사절이 많이 일어나는 결점을 방지할 수 없었으나 본 고안은 스핀들에 보빈(3)을 고정시켜주는 부분이 요홈(4)으로 형성되어 있고 종래의 것처럼 절개부(6)가 없기때문에 권취 및 해사중에 필라멘트사가 이부분에 닿더라도 걸릴 염려가 없으므로 사절현상이 없어서 조업성이 향상되고 매듭수가 적은 우수한 품질의 합성섬유 필라멘트사를 제조할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 금속제 슬리브(1)의 표면에 지관(2)을 끼워서된 통상의 합성섬유 필라멘트사용 보빈(3)에 있어서, 금속제 슬리브(1)의 하단부에 보빈고정용 요홈(4)을 지관(2)의 내측으로 형성시켜서된 합성섬유 필라멘트사용 보빈.
