제1도는 피페라실린 피발로일옥시메틸에스테르의 HPLC 크로마토그램을 나타내며, 제2도는 25℃에서, 피페라실린과 피페라실린 피발로일옥시메틸에스테르의 용해도 -pH곡선을 나타내며, 제3도는 제1액(pH 1.2±0.1)에서 피페라실린과 피페라실린 피발로일옥시메틸에스테르의 용출곡선(37±0.5℃).
Claims (1)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)(식중, M은 수소 또는 알칼리금속을 나타낸다.)의 피페라실린 또는 그 알칼리금속염을 일반식(Ⅲ)X-CH2-O-COC(CH3)3(Ⅲ)(식중, X는 할로겐을 타나낸다.)의 할로 메틸 피발레이트와 반응시켜, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피페라실린 피발로일옥시메틸에스테르를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
