제3도(a)는 본 발명에 사용되는 회전캡의 제2실시예의 외형도,

Claims (3)
- 외통(1)내에 필심부재(2)가 넣어지고, 이 필심부재(2) 뒷끝의 외면에 돌기(3)를 갖는 슬라이더(4)가 끼워지며, 이 슬라이더(4)에 끼워지면서 외통(1)의 뒷끝부위에 자유로히 외전할 수는 있지만 축방향이동은 할 수 없도록 끼워진 회전캡(5)에는 녹크거리만큼의 나선상슬릿트(6)와 이 나선상슬릿트(6)에 연통으로부터 돌출시켜주는 돌출용슬릿트(7)가 형성되고, 상기 외통(1)에는 녹크거리만큼의 축방향통로(8)와 이 축방향통로(8)에 연통되어 필심부재(2)의 선단부(2a)를 외통(1)의 앞끝으로부터 돌출시켜주는 선단돌출용통로(9)가 갖추어지면서, 이들 선단돌출용슬릿트(7) 및 선단돌출용통로(9)중 적어도 어느 한쪽이 나선상으로 됨과 더불어 상기 슬라이더(4)의 돌기(3)가 상기 나선상슬릿트(6)와 상기 축방향통로(8) 또는 선단돌출용슬릿트(7)와 선단돌출용통로(9)에 자유로히 미끄럼이동할 수 있도록끼워져 구성된 필기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선단돌출용슬릿트(7) 및 선단돌출용통로(9)는 서로 반대방향을 갖는 나선상으로 형성시킨것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외통(1)에 뒷끝과 회전캡(5)의 머리부위(5a)는 마주접해지도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
