Claims (6)

  1. 가공 장치에서 부품의 정렬을 검사하기 위한 자동 가공장치와 함께 사용하기 위한 라인 업 비젼 시스템에 있어서, 정렬되는 부품의 한 부분을 조사하며 상기 부품의 다른 부분을 어둡게 유지하기 위해 장치된 광원과, 상기 조사된 영역과 상기 어두운 영역사이의 모서리를 비추며 상기 모서리의 부분을 표시하는 신호를 제공하며, 정렬되는 상기 부품을 비추기 위해 장치된 카메라와, 상기 가공 장치가 상기 부품을 이동할 때 상기 카메라가 상기 모서리의 위치를 관찰할 수 있도록, 상기 가공 장치를 여기시키기 위한 수단과, 상기 부품이 이동될 때 상기 모서리의 위치를 선정된 위치와 비교하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 업 비젼 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 상기 부품을 이동시킬 때 상기 부품의 위치가 상기 선정된 위치와 선정된 양만큼 다르면 에러 신호를 제공하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 라인 업 비젼 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품의 상기 모서리를 관찰하기 위해 상기 카메라를 위치설정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 업 비젼 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카메라가 상기 모서리 위치를 관찰할 때 상기 부품을 회전시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 업 비젼 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카메라가 배경막 쪽의 상기 지나간 모서리를 볼 수 있게 배치된 배경막을 포함하며, 상기 배경막은 상기 부품과 상기 배경막 사이에 날카롭게 제한된 라인을 공급하기 위하여 콘트라스트에 상기 모서리를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 업 비젼 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카메라의 작동을 유도하며 상기 가공 장치가 여기되게 하는 신호를 발생하기 위해 프로그램을 갖으며, 상기 카메라와 상기 가공 장치사이에 접속되는 프로그램이 가능한 논리제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 업 비젼 시스템.
