Claims (1)

  1. 전자석(3)과 (3')을 이용하여 재료(1)에 항상 일정한 자장을 가하는 동시에 석영관(2)에 내장된 솔레노이드코일(4)에 AC전류의 주파수를 0.1-30㎐로 흘려서 솔레노이드에 발생하는 자장이 세기와 방향이 주기적으로 변화하여 재료(1)가 받는 자장의 세기와 방향을 주기적으로 변화를 주면서 열처리하여 비정질 금속리본의 자기 이방성을 미세하게 분산시켜 투자율을 개선시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 금속 열처리 방법.
