본 고안은 연료통의 급유관 배출부에 급유 조정관을 설치하여 급유작업이 안전하고 허실이 방지되도록한 것이다.
종래의 연료통에도 급유가 편리하도록 급유 호스에 스톱콕을 설치한 것이 있으나 스톱콕의 핸들이 회전식으로 되어 개폐작용이 어렵고 급유시에 급유량의 조절이 불편한 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 일이 없도록 급유장치를 개선시킨 것으로 이를 보다 상세히 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
석유나 등유와 같은 액체연료를 담는 연료통(1)의 저부에 배출구(2)를 돌설하여 이에 급유호스(3)를 연결하고 급유호스 외측단에 걸고리(7)를 부착시키는 공지된 것에 있어서, 급유호스 회측배출부에 급유조정관(4)을 접속시켜 급유조정관(4)의 배출관(5) 외측단에 구멍이 작은 배출구(6)를 착탈가능케 결합시키고, 배출관(5)의 내측단 입구(5')를 조정관(4) 속으로 노출시켜 입구(5') 상면에 스프링(12)에 탄발되는 시이소형 개폐변(10)이 탄접되게 하여 개폐변(10)의 탄설부에 가압작동구(9)의 내측단을 접속시키고 가압작동구의 외측단은 외부로 돌설시킨 구조이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 연료통(1)의 급유호스(3) 배출부에 급유조정관이 있고, 그 내부에 시이소형 개폐변(10)이 장치되어 가입작동구(9)를 가압하면 배출관(5)의 입구(5')가 개방되어 급유가되므로 급유할 곳에 배출구(6)를 투입하고 가압작동구(9)를 눌리면 급유가되고, 가압작동구(9)를 해제하면 급유가 중단되므로 매우 적은량의 연료공급에서 많은량의 연료공급에까지 허실없는 급유가 가능케되고, 버어튼식 구성이므로 사용하기가 매우 편리할뿐 아니라 급유호스를 이용하여 연료통을움직이지 않고 급유가 가능하므로 장소에 구애됨이 없이 편리하게 활용할 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.

  1. 석유나 등유와 같은 액체연료를 담는 연료통(1)의 저부에 배출구(2)를 돌설하여 이에 급유호스(3)를 연결하고 급유호스 외측단에 걸고리(7)를 부착시키는 공지된 것에 있어서, 급유호스 외측배출부에 급유조정관(4)을 접속시켜 급유조정관(4)의 배출관(5) 외측단에 구멍이 작은 배출구(6)를 착탈 가능케 결합시키고, 배출관(5)의 내측단 입구(5')를 조정관(4) 속으로 노출시켜 입구(5') 상면에 스프링(12)에 탄발되는 시이소형 개폐변(10)이 탄접되게 하여 개폐변(10)의 탄설부에 가압작동구(9)의 내측단을 접속시키고 가압작동구의 외측단은 외부로 돌설시킨 연료통의 급유장치.
