본 고안은 압지편을 형성한 압지구의 상면으로 LED가 현출되도록 끼움고정시켜 구성한 키보드의 연성 PCB에 접속하는 LED 접속구에 관한 것으로 사용시에 LED의 리드선 양단자가 키보드의 연선 PCB에 안전하고 용이하게 접속되도록 키보드의 상면판에 끼워물림시킬 수 있게함에 목적을 둔것이다.The present invention relates to an LED connector for connecting to the flexible PCB of the keyboard formed by fitting the LED to emerge to the upper surface of the pressure-dial forming the tack piece, so that both ends of the LED lead wire to be safely and easily connected to the stranded PCB of the keyboard when in use The purpose is to allow the keyboard to snap into the top panel of the keyboard.

이와같이 본 고안은 "+"형의 절연체(1) 하방으로 극성이 다른 도전성고무(2)(2a)의 쇼트를 방지할 수 있도록 양분되게 접착시켜 LED의 리드선 양단자(5)(5a)를 절연체(1)의 양측구멍(3)(3a)으로 끼워 상기 도전성고무(2)(2a)에 끼워물림상태로서 LED가 압지구(7)의 상면으로 현출되도록 압지구(7)의 내저부로 끼움고정시킴으로 접속구(8)가 구성되는 것이며 이와같이 구성된 접속구(8)를 사용할 때에는 미리 사각구멍(12)의 하방인 키보드본체내에 설치한 연성 PCB(9)의 동막(10)(10a)이 표출되도록 다층구조의 PCB 절연막을 탈피시켜놓은 상태이므로 압지구(7)의 양측에 형성된 압지편(6)(6a)을 눌러주면서 키보드본체의 상면판(11)에 뚫은 사각구멍(12)에 끼워넣어 주게되면, 압지편(6)(6a)의 걸림터(P)(T)이 사각구멍(12)의 턱에 물림과 동시에 접속구(8)의 하단부인 극성이 다른도전성고무(2)(2a)가 연성 PCB(9)의 동막(10)(10a)에 안전하게 접지된 상태로서 고정되게 되는 것이다.In this way, the present invention adheres bidirectionally under the "+" type insulator 1 so as to prevent shorting of the conductive rubbers 2 and 2a having different polarities so that both ends of the LED lead wires 5 and 5a are insulated.
