본 고안은 용접봉 홀더를 수평형과 수직형을 병합하여 형성된 것으로 나선식 손잡이로서 돌려주는 방향에 따라 집게가 각 상하 전후 작용되도록 하므로써 수평식 작업과 수직 작업을 필요 방향에 따라 편리하게 사용되는 전기 아크 용접봉 홀더에 관한 것이다. 이미 선출원된 본건 출원인의 절곡형 용접봉 홀더와 수평형 용접봉 홀더는 회전식 손잡이의 동작에 따라 각기 수직 수평 방향에만 사용에 용이하게 구성된바 본원은 사용 방향에 따라 임의 선택으로 수직, 수평 용접을 하나의 홀더로서 이뤄져 보다 사용상 평리하게 구성된 것으로 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention is formed by merging the welding rod holder with the horizontal type and the vertical type, and the electric arc which is conveniently used for the horizontal and vertical work according to the required direction by allowing the forceps to act up and down in each direction according to the direction of returning as the spiral handle.
