Claims (3)
- 자성분을 분산제로 분산시키고 베이스필름에 도포하고, 배향건조 시켜서 비디오용 자기기록 매체를 제조하는데 있어서,폴리우레탄수지에 분산제가 0.01내지 0.1중량% 첨가된 용액으로 자성분을 1차 분산시키고, 여기에 에폭시수지를 용해시켜서 결합제 용액을 제조한다음, 상기 결합제 용액에 대하여 15중량% 이하로 가교제를 부가하여 재분산시켜서 이를 베이스필름에도 포시킬을 특징으로 하는 비디오용 자기기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리우레탄 수지는 그 말단기에 3.0이상의 하이드록시기가 연결되어 있으며, 에폭시 수지와의 혼합비는 90:10내지 70:30의 중량비로 혼합되어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제용액은 자성분에 대하여 30내지 50중량%의 범위로 사용되어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
