1가닥의 강선(S)과 2가닥의 알루미늄선(A)을 동시에 이송시켜 압출기(6)에 인입시키되, 강선(S)은 표면 전처리(3)및 직선 교정기(4)를 거쳐 예열장치(5)에서 가열된 후 압출기(6)로 인입되고, 알루미늄선(A)은 각각 직선 교정기(7)(7')와 전처리 장치 (8)(8')를 거쳐 인입로울러(9)에 의하여 반 융용된 상태로 강선(s)에 피복되며 압출 압력으로 피복된 알루미늄 피복강선(AS)은 냉각장치(11)에서 냉각된 후 완성되도록 연속 압출함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 피복강선의 제조방법.One wire (S) and two aluminum wires (A) are simultaneously transferred to the extruder (6), and the wires (S) are preheated (5) through the surface pretreatment (3) and the straightener (4).
