Claims (2)

  1. 철도차량이 그 선로를 정확히 확인할 수 있는 선로확인장치에 있어서, 기점으로부터 사전에 결정된 거리에서, 철도선로의 각 진로가 적어도 하나의 신호 또는 표시수단으로 정하여지고, 상기 철도선로상에서 이동하도록 제한된 철도차량이 감지신호를 발생하도록 이러한 각 신호 또는 표시수단을 감지하기 위한 수단, 상기 기점으로부터 이동된 거리를 측정하기 위한 수단신호 또는 표시수단과 상기 기점으로부터의 거리에 의하여 각 진로를 나타낼 수 있는 정보가 기억되는 수단과, 측정된 거이에서 감지된 신호와 상기 기억된 정보를 비교하기 위한 수단을 가지므로서 철도차량이 이동된 진로를 확인할 수 있도록함을 특징으로 하는 철도선로의 확인장치.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 신호 또는 표시수단이 퀘도회로신호로 구성되고, 그 주파수가 사전에 결정된 차례로 배열되며 상기 기점으로부터 사전에 결정된 거리에서 각 진로의 궤도회로신호가 상이한 특유의 주파수를 갖는 바의 장치.
