Claims (8)
- 축상에 회전부재를 연결하기 위한 수단에 있어서, 상기 축의 주위에 맞도록 치수가 정해진 한쌍의 분할형 부재를 포함하는 슬리브 베어링과, 상기 축에 상기 슬리브 베어링을 단단히 고정 시키기 위해 상기 슬리브 베어링의 단부에 연결하기 위한 한쌍의 칼라 조립체를 구비하며, 상기 칼라 조립체는 각각 상기 칼라 조립체를 상기 슬리브 베어링과 강제로 결합시키기 위한 조정수단에 의해 함께 고정된 한쌍의 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 칼라 조립체는 상기 슬리브베어링의 한 단부를 수용하기 위한 리세스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 베어링의 한쌍의 분할형 부재는 각각 상기 슬리브 베어링의 회전을 방지하기 위해 상기 칼라 조립체의 리세스에 배치된 키이 부분을 수용하기 위한 노치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 축에 상기 칼라 조립체를 고정하기 위한 나사 조립체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전 부재는 스프로킷을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 축은 물처리 설비내의 구조물에 단단히 정착되고, 상기 스프로킷은 체인 구동 시스템내에서 아이들 스프로킷을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브베어링과 칼라 조립체는 플라스틱 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 조립체.
