물체의 무게 중심을 축으로 하여 지구중력 중심에 대하여 상하 운동의 방향으로 회전시키면 지구 중력이 물체의 회전운동을 방해하지 않는 상태로 회전이 가능하며(무부하 회전)회전체의 각 부분에는 중력에 대하여 상하운동이 이루어지도록 설치된 각각의 질량이 전체의 회전운동에 의하여 중력의 영향을 받는 상태와 받지 않는 상태가 반복되므로서 자체에서 상하운동이 이루어질 수 있는 장치를 하므로서 동력(힘)을 얻을 수 있으며 이러한 원리를 이용하여 전체의 회전 운동에 필요한 힘보다 큰 힘을 얻는 장치.(도면 제1도 참조)If the object is rotated in the direction of vertical movement with respect to the earth's center of gravity based on the center of gravity of the object, the earth's gravity can be rotated without interfering with the object's rotation (no load rotation).
