본 고안은 냄비의 뚜껑에 부착시키는 손잡이에 개폐 장치를 하여서 냄비속의 내용물을 끓일시에 발생되는 수증기를 개방 또는 밀폐시켜서 효과적으로 조리할 수 있게 된 고안에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a device that can be effectively cooked by opening or closing the steam generated when boiling the contents in the pot by opening and closing the handle attached to the lid of the pot.

이와 같이된 본 고안의 사용효과를 보면 먼저 도면 제1도에서와 같이 회전판(3)의 눈금(10)을 손잡이몸체(1)의 눈금(10')에 맞게 회전하면 제2도의 상태가 되어 회전판(3)에 연동되는 개폐구(5)의 배출홈(5)이 냄비뚜껑(8)의 증기배출공(9)을 개방시키게 되고 이와 같은 상태에서 냄비속의 내용물 조리를 하게 되는데 내용물이 끓어서 발생되는 수증기가 증기 배출공(9)과 배출홈(6) 및 배출로(4')를 통해 배출이 되면 회전판(3)을 회전하여서 도면 제3도와 같이 개폐구(5)가 냄비뚜껑(8)의 증기배출공(9)을 밀폐토록 하여서 수증기의 배출을 막아주는 동시에 냄비의 가열량을 줄인다. 그러나 냄비속이 밀폐됨으로 인해 가열온도를 어느 정도 유지시켜서 내용물을 조리하는데는 지장을 주지 않으며 또한 손잡이몸체(1)의 무게에 의하여 냄비뚜껑(8)이 증기압으로 밀려올라가는 것을 막아 주게 된다. 이 경우 개폐구(5)가 스프링(7)의 탄발작용에 의해 냄비뚜껑(8)의 증기 배출공(9)을 밀폐하는 심도를 더욱 높여주어 정확한 밀폐작용을 이루게하여 에너지를 절약하면서 조리를 잘할 수 있게된 유용한 고안인 것이다.In the use effect of the present invention as described above, as shown in FIG. 1, when the scale 10 of the rotating plate 3 is rotated in accordance with the scale 10 'of the handle body 1, the state of the second plate becomes The discharge groove 5 of the opening and closing port 5 linked to (3) opens the steam discharge hole 9 of the pot lid 8 and cooks the contents of the pot in such a state.
