본 고안은 비데오 테이프 레코오더에 사용하는 카세트 테이프가 데크에 안착될때 도어를 자동적으로 열어 주는 카세트 테이프의 도어 개폐장치에 대한 것으로, 하우징 베이스에 카세트 키이와 레버 키이를 착설하여 테이프가 데크에 안착될 때 하우징 플레이트가 레버 키이를 밀면 카세트 키이가 원운동을 하면서 도어를 열어주고 테이프가 이젝트시에는 인장 스프링에 의해 도어를 잠겨주는 레버가 원위치되면서 도어는 닫히게 되어 카세트 도어가 축출될 때에도 문제가 없도록 고안한 것으로 첨부도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to a door opening and closing device of a cassette tape that automatically opens a door when a cassette tape used for a video tape recorder is seated on a deck. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 카세트 테이프(9)가 안치된 하우징 플레이트(11)가 데크 위로 내려오면서 레버 키이(1)의 선단에 돌설된 연동핀(2)을 눌러주면 연동핀(2)이 하향되어 레버 키이(1)는 축을 중심으로 회전되면서 선단부가 하강되는데 이때 중간 측면의 경사면(3) 하단부에 밀착되어 있던 카세트 키이(6)의 연동간(5)이 경사면(3)이 하강됨에 따라 측방으로 밀려있던 상태에서 벗어나 카세트 테이프(9)측으로 이동되어 그 선단의 작동핀(4)이 안착되는 카세트 테이프(9)의 도어(10) 측단에 닿게 된다.According to the present invention configured as described above, when the housing plate 11 on which the cassette tape 9 is placed descends on the deck and presses the interlocking pin 2 protruding from the tip of the lever key 1, the interlocking pin 2 is downwardly lowered. 이러한 작동 중에도 레버 키이(1)는 계속 하강되는 하우징 플레이트(11)에 의해 하향되므로 하강되는 레버 키이(1)와 카세트 키이(6)를 탄력 설치하고 있는 비틀림 스프링(7)이 한계점까지 벌어지다가 그 이상이 지나면 탄성에 의해 카세트 키이(6)를 당겨주기 때문에 결국 카세트 키이(6)도 축을 중심으로 회전이 되면서 선단부가 하향되므로 제2도가 상선과 같이 레버 키이(1)와 카세트 키이(6)가 하강되고 이에따라 선단의 작동핀(4)이 도어(10)의 측단부를 전면 방향으로 밀어주므로 카세트 테이프(9)가 안착됨에 따라 도어(10)는 자동적으로 열려지게 되는 것이다.Even during this operation, the lever key 1 is lowered by the housing plate 11 which is continuously lowered, so that the torsion spring 7 elastically installing the lower lever key 1 and the cassette key 6 extends to the limit point.
