소맥분을 용해한 물 및 가성소오다 그리고 소회를 혼합교반하여 성형하는 통상의 착화탄 제조방법에 있어서 착화탄 1개를 기준시 0.04-0.05ℓ의 물에 가성소오다 2-3g을 용해시켜서 되는 가성소오다 수용액을 탄화후 소량의 수분을 함수한 소회에 수분함유량이 총 20%이내가 되도록 살포교반한 후 소맥분을 분말 그대로 혼합교반하여 성형함을 특징으로 한 톱밥을 이용한 착화탄의 제조방법.In a conventional method for producing a complex coal in which water and sodium hydroxide dissolved in flour are mixed and shaped by ash ash, caustic soda is dissolved by dissolving 2-3 g of caustic soda in 0.04-0.05 liters of water based on one complex coal.
