탁주용기 마개

본 고안은 탁주용기를 밀폐하는 마개를 외삽하되 압압하여 빠지지 않게 하여서 된 탁주용기 마개에 관한 것이다.
종래의 탁주용기 마개들은 탁주용기의 병구 내면에 압삽하여 밀폐시키는 속마개와 병구외면 나선부에 나합하여서 밀폐시키는 마개가 있으나, 병구내면에 압삽하여서 밀폐시키는 속마개는 병구대로 속마개가 내삽되는 관계로 병구를 견고하게 밀폐시키지 못하고 자주 빠져 밀폐효과를 얻지 못하였다. 그리고 병구나선부에 나합하는 마개는 수시로 개봉할 수 있는 관계로 내용물이 변질되거나 오물이 침투되고 내용물의 결손을 방지할 수 없어 품질의 보증 및 정량을 보장할 수 없는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 종래의 이와같은 제반 문제점들을 해결할 수 있도록 고안된 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
병구(2)외면에 상협하광의 다단식 걸림돌부(3)와 협지요부(4)가 형성된 탁주용기(1)에, 상면에 절결요홈(11)을 요설한 절결편(10)을 연결간(9)으로 원형고리(8)에 연결하여 외주 돌출환(5')에 캡(6)을 외삽한 마개본체(5)의 내면(7)에는 상광하협의 다단식 걸림돌부(12)와 협지요부(13)를 요설하여 병구(2)외면에 압압 삽착하여 빠지지 않게 압삽됨을 특징으로 한 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 탁주용기(1)의 병구(2)외면에 상협하광의 다단식 걸림돌부(3)와 협지요부(4)가 형성되어 있어 마개본체(5)의 내면(7)에 형성된 상광하협의 다단식 걸림돌부(12)와 협지요부(13)를 서로 제 3 도의 화살표 방향으로 압압하면 양측은 다같이 탄성이 있는 합성수지로 되어 있어 각각의 걸림돌부(3)(12)들이 약간 탄압되며 협지요부(4)(13)로 압삽되어 탄발력으로 원상복귀하게 되는 것이다.
이와같이 하여 마개본체(5)가 탁주용기(1)의 병구(2)에 외삽되면 마개본체(5)가 빠지지 않게 되는 것이다.
그 이유로는 마개본체(5)를 위로 잡아 당기면 걸림돌부(3)(12)의 밑턱이 서로 맞닿아 빠지지 않게 되므로 마개본체(5)의 상면에 캡(6)으로 씌워져 있는 절결편(10)을 개전하지 않게되면 내용물을 일체 추출할 수없어 품질의 보증이나 내용물의 변조를 막을 수 있게된 것이다.

  1. 절결편(10)과 연결간(9)으로 연결된 개전용 원형고리(8)가 돌출환(5')내에 설치되어 캡(6)으로 복착되는 공지의 유출구조를 구비한 마개본체(5)의 내주연에 상광하협의 걸림돌부(12)와 협지요부(13)를 다단식으로 형성하여 탁주용기(1) 병구 외주에 다단식으로 상협하광진 다단식 걸림돌부(3)와 협지요부(4)에 압압 탄삽되어지게 하여서 된 탁주용기 마개.
