본 고안은 고층 건물의 내부에 배수 설비로서 각층마다 배관케 되는 수직 배수관과 수평 배수관들이 합쳐지는 지점에 설치 사용토록 한 집수죠인트에 관한 것으로, 수직 배수관이 끼워지는 집수죠인트의 상측 배수입구 내에 탄성재질의 신축흡수용 링을 내설시켜서 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a water collecting joint installed at a point where vertical drainage pipes and horizontal drainage pipes piped on each floor are combined as drainage equipment inside a high-rise building, and an elastic material is provided in the upper drainage inlet of the water collecting joint into which the vertical drainage pipe is fitted. 종래의 배수배관용 집수죠인트는 단순히 수직 수평 배수관으로부터 보내지는 물을 집수하여 배수토록 한 기능만을 위주로 제작된 것이어서 동 집수죠인트에 끼워져 배관케 되는 수직 수평 배수관(통상적으로 PVC 관을 많이 사용함)이 계절의 변화에 따른 기온 차이에 의해 수축팽창(收縮膨脹) 현상을 일으키게 되는데 수평 배수관의 경우에는 각층마다 단독적으로 분리된 상태로 설치되는 것이어서 그 수축상패창에 의한 길이의 신축정도가 크게 염려되지는 않으나, 수직 배수관의 경우에는 각층마다 서로 길게 연설되는 것이어서 각 수직 배수관들의 길이에 신축현상이 일어나게 되면 전체적인 길이로 볼 때 매우 큰 폭으로 길이 변화를 일으키게 됨에 따라 응력 집중현상이 발생되어 집수죠인트가 집중응력을 받게되면 제 위치에서 이탈케 되고 따라서 수평 배수관과의 결합상태가 어긋나서 빠지게 되면 물이 새어나오게 되는 등의 누수 현상을 일으키게 되는 경우가 있었던 것이다. 또한 집수죠인트가 집중응력을 받게되어도 제위치에서 이탈되지 않도록 견고히 부설할 경우에는 수직 배수관 자체가 무리한 집중응력으로 인하여 휘어지거나 파손케 되므로서 온전한 배수작용을 기대하기 어렵고 이를 수리하여야 함에 따른 많은 비용과 노력을 소모하여야 되는 등의 문제점이 수반되는 것이다.The conventional water collecting joint for drainage pipe is produced mainly for the function of draining water from the vertical horizontal drainage pipe, and the vertical horizontal drainage pipe (commonly used a lot of PVC pipe) that is inserted into the water collecting joint is used for the season.
