본 고안은 석유난로에다가 히터장치를 병설하여 열효율을 최대한으로 증대케하는 석유난로의 개량에 관한 것이다.
종래의 석유난로에 있어서는 연소실 구성, 연소공기배연 조종, 연료공급장치, 방열촉진 복사체, 개량등에 주안점을 두고 개발되어 왔으나, 그 기술사상을 국부식 난방기구의 개량의 범주를 벗어나지 못하였다.
본 고안은 석유난로의 기술적 구성에다가 히터를 병설함으로서 중앙식 난방의 개념을 가미하여 열효율을 월등히 향상시키게 함을 목적으로 한 것으로서 첨부도면에 의하여 상술하면 다음과 같다.
석유난로의 연소통(1) 저부에 개구(2)와 연통되는 공간부(3)와 환상개구(4)와 연통되는 공간부(5)를 가지는 이중관체(1')의 외벽(6)과 망상의 내벽(7) 사이의 공간부(5)에 망상의 중간벽(8)을 돌설하여 공간부(5)의 하반부를 공간부(5)와 (5")로 양분하여 공간부(5')에 심지(18)를 장설한 것에 있어서 망상내벽(7)의 내향으로 절곡된 상단구연부는 열풍배출구(9) (9') (9")가 형성된 " + "형 열풍통(30)과 연통되게 하고, 공간부(5)는 화염토출구(10) (10') (10")와 연소통 상부에 형성된 공간부(11) (11') 및 연통(12)과 연통되게 한 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 13은 심지조정간, 14는 점화구, 15, 15', 15"는 망체, 16은 통기구, 17은 석유탱크, 18은 심지, 19는 공기 조절구이다.
본 고안은 이와같이 구성되었음으로 석유탱크(17)내의 석유에 젖은 심지(18)을 심지조정간(13)으로 올려놓고, 점화구(14)를 통하여 점화하면 환상개구(4)를 통하여 공간부(5')에 진입되므로 공기중 산소에 의하여 불꽃이 잘 연소되고 연소된 화염은 화염토출구(10) (10') (10")을 통하여 연소통 상부에 형성된 공간부(11) (11')을 차례로 거처 연통(12)으로 배출되고 이때 개구(2)로부터 진입된 공기는 공간부(3)로 상승하게 되는데 상승된 공기는 내벽(7)의 망상소공을 통하여 공간부(5")에 진입되므로 불꽃에 이차적으로 산소를 공급하여 주므로 더욱 연소를 촉진한다.
이와같이 화염이 공간부(5")에서 연소되며는 내벽(7)과 중간벽(8)은 가열되어 공간부(3)와 공간부(5)는 고온으로 충만되고 공간부(3)내에 장치된 망체(15) (15') (15")는 가열되어 공간부(3) 안에 온도를 더욱 상승케하고 오래 지속되게 하므로 공간부(3)내의 연소용으로 사용되고 남은 고온의 공기는 열풍배출구(9) (9') (9")를 통하여 실내로 배출된다.
한편, 공간부(5)로부터 상승된 연소공기는 화염토출구(10) (10') (10")를 통하여 공간부(11) (11')를 차례로 상승하면 완전연소되어 연통으로 배출되며, 그러는 동안 연소통(12)의 상단부와 열풍통(30)을 2차적으로 가열하게 된다.
본 고안은 이와같이 구성되어 있으므로 연소시에 공기가 중간벽(8)과 내벽(7)에서 진입되므로 산소공급량이 배가되어 연소를 축진할 뿐만 아니라 연소된 공기는 연소통(1) 상부에 위치한 공간부(11) (11')를 두루 통하여 연통(12)으로 배출되는 동안 미연소된 것은 완전 연소되고, 여러공간을 거치므로 해서 연소통(1) 상부를 가열하여 주므로 열효율을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있고, 또 공간부(3)를 통과하면서 연소용으로 사용되고 남은 가열된 무공해 공기는 연소개스에 의하여 열풍들(30)의 열풍배출구(9)를 통하여 실내로 뜨거운 공기를 배출하므로 석유난로의 열효율을 증대시키는 데 있어서 월등한 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 연소통(1) 저부에 개구(2)와 연통되는 공간부(3)와 환상개구(4)와 연통되는 공간부(5)를 가지는 이중관체(1')의 외벽(6)과 망상내벽(7) 사이의 공간부(5)에 망상중간벽(8)을 돌설하여 공간부(5') 와 (5")로 양분하여 공간부(5')에 심지(18)를 장설한 것에 있어서 망상내벽(7)의 내합으로 절곡된 상단구연부는 열풍배출구(9) (9') (9")가 형성된 " + "형 열풍통(30)과 연통되게 하고, 공간부(5)는 화염토출구(10) (10') (10")와 연소통 상부에 형성된 공간부(11) (11') 및 연통(12)과 연통되게 함을 특징으로 하는 석유난로.
