독소생산용 배지로 부터 얻어진 독소를 이용하여 정제백일해 예방약을 제조함에 있어서 인산염완충액(1M NaCl, pH8.0)으로 추출한 독소중 조날서당밀도 구배원심분리법(Sucrose 10~30%)으로 감염방어획분만을 얻기 위해 4℃에서 37,000rpm/18시간의 원심분리함으로서 부작용을 1/10로 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 백일해 예방약의 제조방법.In the preparation of purified pertussis preventive medicine using toxins obtained from the toxin production medium, the infection protection distribution was carried out by the zoal-serial density gradient centrifugation method (Sucrose 10-30%) among the toxins extracted with phosphate buffer solution (1M NaCl, pH8.0).
