Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ) 화합물을 염기 존재하에서 하기 일반식 (Ⅲ)의 이소니트릴과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라 수득된 일반식 (Ⅰ) 화합물을 약학적으로 허용되는 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 r로 표시된 탄소원자에 관련하여 (s)－ 또는 (R,s)－배위를 갖는 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 이미다조디아젠핀 유도체, 및 약학적으로 하용되는 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 A는 α및 β로 표시된 탄소원자와 함께 하기 그룹중 하나를 나타내고,
    R1및 R2중의 하나는 수소이며 다른 하나는 수소, 할로겐 또는 트리플루오로메틸이며 ; R3및 R4는 각기 수소 또는 할로겐이고 ; n은 2 또는 3이며 ; X는 이탈 그룹이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, A가 그룹 (a)이고 R3가 할로겐이며 R4가 수소인 방법
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, R3가 염소 또는 브롬인 방법.
  4. 제 1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 할로겐 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고, R2가 수소인 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, R1이 불소, 염소, 브롬 또는 트리플루오르메틸인 방법.
  6. 제 1 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, r로 표시된 탄소원자가 (s)－배위를 갖는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, (s)－8－클로로－1－(m－클로로페닐)－11,12,13,13a－테트라하이드로－9H－이미다조[1,5－a]피롤로[2,1－c][1,4]벤조디아제핀－9－온을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, (s)－8－클로로－1－(－m－플루오로페닐)－11,12,13,13a－테트라하이드로－9H－이미다조[1,5－a]피롤로[2,1－c][1,4]벤조디아제핀－9－온을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, (s)－8－브로모－1－(m－클로로페닐)－11,12,13,13a－테트라하이드로－9H－이미다조[1,5－a]피롤로[2,1－c][1,4]벤조디아제핀－9－온을 제조하는 방법
