본 고안은 헤드폰용 귀보호 스폰지에 관한 것으로서, 스폰지 본체는 헤드폰장치가 내설된 스폰지 전면과 스폰지 후면 사이를 특수 접합방법인 고주파로 접합된 고주파 접착부로 구성되어 있다.
종래의 헤드폰용 귀보호 스폰지는 스폰지 본체가 통체로 되어 있기 때문에 헤드폰이 삽착되는 스폰지상의 삽착홈을 기계나 기구로 파내어 사용하였으나, 이는 삽착홈을 형성하기가 용이하지 않고 또한 홈의 크기를 맞추기가 적합하지 않는 폐단이 있어 본 고안에서는 이러한 종래의 결점을 제거하기 위해서 스폰지 통체를 스폰지 전면과 스폰지 후면으로 이등분하여 그 사이에 특수 접합방법인 고주파 접착을 해서 종래의 폐단을 개선한 헤드폰용 귀보호 스폰지로서 이를 첨부한 도면에 의해 그 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이등분으로 형성된 스폰지 전면(4)과 스폰지 후면(5)을 고주파 방법으로 접착하여 접착부(2)를 형성하여서 된 고안이다.
미설명부호(3)은 헤드폰 삽착구멍이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과는 스폰지 전면(4)과 스폰지 후면(5)을 이등분하여 고주파 접착부(2)를 형성하였기 때문에 스폰지에 헤드폰 삽착구멍(3)을 형성하기가 용이하고 스폰지를 만들기가 간편하고 원형둘레에 따라 특수 용접인 고주파 용접을 하였기 때문에 스폰지 본체(1)가 탄력성이 있으며, 헤드폰삽착구멍(3)의 파손의 염려가 없다.

  1. 스폰지 본체(1)는 헤드폰 삽착구멍(3)이 내설된 것에 있어서, 스폰지 전면(4)과 스폰지 후면(5) 사이를 고주파로 접착하여 접착부(2)를 형성하여서 된 헤드폰용 귀보호 스폰지.
