Claims (7)

  1. 사를 구성하는 섬유가 서로 실질적으로 병렬식으로 결합되어 테이프-상 플랫 바디(flat body)를 형성 하고, 플랫 바디는 그의 폭과 교차하는 다수의 기어-권축부를 갖는 플랫사(flat yarn).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사의 전후면이 서로 바뀌게 되는 다수의 역전점이 있으며, 이 역전점은 동일 방향으로 교여 있으며, 서로 임의의 간격을 두고 위치하는 플랫사.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기어 권축부가 사의 종방향에 불규칙적으로 배열된 플랫사.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사를 구성하는 섬유가 사의 종방향으로 불연속적 방법으로 서로 결합되어 있는 플랫사.
  5. 원료사를 구성하는 섬유중의 하나에 대한 용매를 사용하여 적어도 하나의 원료사를 연속적으로 함침시키고 ; 이 원료사를 장력하에서, 섬유를 병렬로 정열시키는 가이드바와 접촉시켜 플랫바디를 형성시키고 ; 원료사를 예열하여, 원료사중에 주입된 용매가 완전히 건조되지 않은 상태에서 원료사를 기어 권축하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여, 플랫사를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 원료사가 예비가연된 필라멘트사인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 기어-권축 단계를 1사이클에 적어도 2개의 피치를 갖도록 하는 불연속식 방법으로 수행하는 방법.
