Claims (2)

  1. 거교도가 상승된 (100%) E.V.A 수지류 및 열가소성 고무류를 얻기 위해 공지된 화공약품으로 상기 배합율을 가진 원재료를 혼련믹싱(Mixing)으로 얻은 후 120℃ 온도로 예열된 프레스로 1차발포 성형한 다음 요구되는 몰드의 규격에 맞도록 캇팅하여 몰드의 삽입 120℃ 온도로 예열된 2차프레스로 가압 성형후 냉각시켜서 된 마이크로 스폰지(Micro Sponge) 소재 및 원칼라로 투칼라의 효과를 얻을 수 있는 아웃솔(Out Sole) 제조방법.
