종래에도 태엽을 이용하여 발전기를 구동시켜 그 발전력으로 전등을 점등시키도록 하는 태엽식 회중전등(실용신안 공고번호 77-408)이 있었으나, 이는 기구적 구조로 되어 있어 구성이 복잡할 뿐만 아니라 용도가 한정되어 있는등의 문제점이 있었다. 본 고안은 종래의 제반 결점을 감안하여 태엽을 감은 후 발생되는 역회전력을 감속기어로 감속하여 제너레이타를 구동시켜 그 발생전압을 충전 밧데리에 의해 충전시킨 전압을 이용하여 다용도 전지 소모품에 대체할 수 있도록 안출된 것으로, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Conventionally, there has been a hand-held flashlight (utility model notification No. 77-408) which uses a mainspring to drive a generator to light a lamp with its power, but it is not only complicated in structure but also has a complicated structure.
