Claims (2)
- 도시한 바와같이 단상유도모타에 전원을 단속하는 트라이액(TC2,TC1)과 기동권선의 전류방향 전환용 리레이 RL1으로 구성하고 매인타임(운전시간 설정)용 IC인 IC1의 출력을 받아 동작되는 IC3,IC4,IC5과 가변저항 VR3및 콘덴사 C4의 시정수로 정한 운전시간과 가변저향 VR2와 콘덴사 C7으로 정한 정지시간 회로를 계재하여 플립플롭 (IC2)의 출력신호로 트랜지스터(TR1)를 단속하여 릴레이 RL1을 동작케하고 C6,R7으로 구성된 적분지연을 계재하여 트라이액(TC2,TC1)이 OFF할때 릴레이(RL1)가 동작하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 정역회전 제어장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 트라이액(TC1), 기동콘덴사(C9), 릴레이(RL1)의 접점, 기동릴레이(EMS), 기동권선(L3), 릴레이(RL1)의 접점등이 직렬 연결되어 주회로를 구성하고 조작전원이 IC1의 4,5 단자, 가변저항 VR1릴레이 RL1및 트라이액 (TC1)의 T2에 접속되고 IC1의 6번 단자에서 IC2의 3번단자, 저항R3, IC3의 4번 단자, 가변저항 VR3, 콘덴사 C7및 IC4의 입력에 접속되고 조작전원이 스윗치 SW1을 거쳐 콘덴사 C1에 IC1,IC2,IC3의 1번단자에, 콘덴사 C2을 거쳐 IC1의 3번 및 VR1에, 트랜지스터 TR1의 에미타와 콜렉타를 거쳐 RL1에, 저항 R4를 거쳐 IC2의 4번과 콘덴사 C3에, 콘덴사 C4를 거쳐 IC3의 5번과 VR3에, 저항 R5를 통하여 콘덴사 C5및 IC5의 입력에, 콘덴사 C6을 거쳐 저항 R7과 IC6의 입력에 각각 연결되고 IC6의 출력이 저항 R8을 통하여 트라이액 TC2가 매인트라이액 TC1과 다링톤 접속되고 저항 R1과 콘덴사 C1이 IC1의 2번단자에, 트랜지스터 TR1의 베이스가 IC2의 2번에, IC3의 6번 출력이 콘덴사 C3, 저항 R7, 가변저항 VR2에, 가변저항 VR2가 콘덴사 C7및 IC4의 입력에 IC4의 출력이 콘덴사 C5에, IC5의 출력이 저항 R6를 통해 IC3의 2번에 접속하여서된 정역회전제어 장치.
