Claims (7)

  1. 전기전도성 외부벽(10)과 전가전도성 내부벽(12)을 포함하고 외부벽과 내부벽은 상호 전기절연된 복합벽과 용기의 외부와 내부 사이의 코뮤니케이션을 제공하는 미리 정해진 크기의 통로(16)를 포함하는 전기절연성 장벽(14)을 포함하는 용기와, 용융금속 표본이 통로를 지나서 용기내로(또는 밖으로) 통과하게하여, 내부벽으로부터 통로를 지나 외부벽으로 전류경로를 확립하면서, 용기내의 용융금속이 내부벽과 전기적으로 접촉하고` 용기밖의 용융금속이 외부벽과 전기적으로 접촉하도록 하는 수단과, 용융금속이 통로를 통과하는 동안 내부벽과 외부벽 사이의 전류경로를 따라서 전류를 흐르게 하고 현탁미립자가 통로를 지나서 통과하므로써 나타나는 전압으 변화를 검출하는 수단으로 구성되는 현탁미립자의 용융금속 표본에서의 검출 및 측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기절연성장벽이 용기의 바닥에 위치하고 있는 디스크내화물인 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용기의 내부에 차압을 적용시키는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 내부벽과 외부벽이 그 사이에 공간을 경계짓는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 공간이 전기적ㆍ열적 절연내화물로 채워지는 장치.
  6. 전기전도성 외부벽과 전가전도성 내부벽을 포함하고 내부벽과 외부벽은 상호 전기절연된 복합벽과 용기의 외부와 내부 사이의 코뮤니케이션을 제공하는 미리 정해진 크기의 통로를 포함하는 전기절연성 장벽을 포함하는 용기를 제공하고, 용융금속 표본이 통로를 지나서 용기내로(또는 밖으로) 통과하게 하여, 내부벽으로부터 통로를 지나 외부벽으로 전류경로를 확립하면서, 용기내의 용융금속이 내부벽과 전기적으로 접촉하고 용기밖의 용융금속이 외부벽과 전기적으로 접촉하도록 하는 수단과,용융금속이 통로를 통과하는 동안 내부벽과 외부벽 사이의 전류경로를 따라서 전류를 흐르게 하고, 현탁미립자기 통로를 지나서 통과하므로써 나타나는 전압의 변화를 검출하는 수단으로 구성되는 현탁미립자의 용융금속 표본에서의 검출 및 측정방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 차압이 용기내부에 적용되어 용융금속표본이 용기내로(또는 밖으로) 통과하게 하는 방법.
