피복층을 갖는 기재로 구성되고, 기재는 플라스틱물질인 포장재에 있어서, 피복층이 이온도금 또는 마그네트론분산방법으로 기재상에 퇴적됨을 특징으로 하는 포장재.A packaging material comprising a substrate having a coating layer, wherein the substrate is a plastic material, wherein the coating layer is deposited on the substrate by ion plating or magnetron dispersion.
청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 반응이온도금방법으로 기재상에 퇴적됨을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to claim 1, wherein the coating layer is deposited on the substrate by the reaction method.
청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 반응평면상 마그네트론분산방법으로 기재상에 퇴적됨을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to claim 1, wherein the coating layer is deposited on the substrate by a magnetron dispersion method on the reaction plane.
청구범위 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 피복층이 산화물임을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the coating layer is an oxide.
청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 산화물이 알루미늄산화물, 실리카, 인듐산화물, 주석산화물과 주석 및 인듐의 혼합된 산화물의 하나 또는 그 이상으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 포장재.5. A packaging material according to claim 4, wherein the oxide is selected from one or more of aluminum oxide, silica, indium oxide, tin oxide and mixed oxides of tin and indium.

청구범위 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 피복층이 질소화합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the coating layer is made of a nitrogen compound.
전기청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스틱물질이 가열밀봉성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the plastic material has a heat sealability.
전기청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포장물질이 투명한 것임을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the packaging material is transparent.
전기청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복층이 자외선 또는 자외선 스펙트럼의 적어도 동일파장에 대하여 불투과성임을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the coating layer is impermeable to at least the same wavelength in the ultraviolet or ultraviolet spectrum.
전기청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재의 두께가 40미크론 또는 그 이하임을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the substrate has a thickness of 40 microns or less.
전기청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복층의 두께가 100-200㎚임을 특징으로 하는 포장재.The packaging material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the coating layer has a thickness of 100-200 nm.
