금속제품 표면에 음각으로 도장면을 형성하여 해당 도장면에 모래, 에메리 강(鋼)을 사타해서 조면을 형성하고 에폭시수지를 주재로한 점액상태의 도료내에 0.3mm-1m입도의 크기 및 중량이 불균일한 합성수지, 금속, 패류등의 착색입상물을 다수 혼합하고, 해당 점액상태의 도료를 전기 도장면에 금속면보다 약간 높은 상태로 도착하여 40℃ 이하의 온도에서 진공탈포시켜 자연건조후 50℃내지 120℃의 열을 가해 도료에 형성된 플라스틱무늬면을 후경화를 행하고, 금속제품의 표면과 동일면을 형성토록 연삭하고, 다음에 광택 및 도금처리를 행하는 일련의 공정으로서 금속표면에 프라스틱무늬면을 형성하는 방법.
