Claims (2)

  1. 초경합금 재료로 된 엔드밀을 완소결전 1000℃-1150℃의 온도범위내에서 특정한 가공수단으로써 완전히 가공성형해 주되, 재료가 가공상 엔드밀로 성형되는 부위중 어느곳도 부서져 나가지 않을 정도의 가장 적합한 경도를 가지고 이상태에서 완소결후까지 재료의 선적수축률이 18%이하가 되는 온도로 설정하여서 된 엔드 밀 성형방법.
  2. 제1항의 엔드밀 성형방법에 있어서 엔드 밀이 특히 드릴인 경우 그 가공수단으로서 60-150메쉬(MESH)정도의 다이아몬드 가루를 표면에 고르게 전착시킨 휘일을 사용토록한 방법.
