첨부 도면은 "하이드로클래이브"경화법으로 생산된 경화 고무 타이어의 MTKm에 대한 하이드로클래이브 PH의 구성도를 나타낸것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 탄성 중합체를 경화시키기에 충분한 고온에서 성형품을 수성액체와 접촉시키고 성형품의 경화중에 상기 액체의 초기 pH를 최소한 약 8.0으로 설정하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 탄성 중합체 성형품의 개선된 경화방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 pH가 약 8.0과 12.0이내의 초기 수준으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 중합체 성형품의 개선된 경화방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 초기 pH 수준이 약 8.5 내지 9.5인 경화방법.
  4. 바람직한 경화를 완료시키기에 충분한 기간중 고온에서의 수성액체 베스(bath)에 성형품을 부유시키고 동시에 상기 액체를 고온하에 성형품의 내부와 베스에 유입시켜 성형품의 내부와 외부의 압력과 온도를 선발 수준으로 유지시키는 단계와 경화 기간중 상기 액체의 pH를 약 8.0이상으로 유지시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 중공의 탄성 중합체 성형품의 경화방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 그 pH가 상기 액체에서 알카리 물질이 존재함으로써 유지되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 알카리 물질이 수산화 나트륨 또는 수산화 칼륨을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 그 pH가 상기 경화 기간의 초기에 약 8.0 내지 12.0의 수준으로 설정되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 pH가 약 8.5와 9.5이내인 방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 성형품이 생형 고무타이어인 방법.
  10. 제1항의 개선된 방법으로 경화된 성형품.
  11. 제4항의 방법으로 경화된 성형품.
  12. 제9항의 방법으로 경화된 타이어.
