본고안은 전자렌지에 설치하는 라이트(LIGHT) 및 휀(FAN)의 전원공급 및 차단 또는 작동상태의 강·약을 용이하게 조절할 수 있도록 한 전자렌지의 조절스위치장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 벽걸이용 전자렌지등의 저면부에는 배기가스 배출용 휀과 전등을 설치하고 있으며 이들을 전자렌지의 콘트롤부에 설치한 여러개의 스위치에 연결하여 사용하고 있었다.
그러나, 이들 스위치장치를 보면 강(HIGH), 약(LOW) 및 OFF 또는 ON, OFF 스위치를 여러개 나열하여 이들을 각가의 버튼에 의하여 작동토록 하고 있었으며 이러한 것들은 많은 설치공간을 필요로 하고 있고 스위치를 작동시키기 위한 버튼장치가 별도로 여러개 설치해야하므로서 구조가 매우 복잡하므로 고장률이 높으며 사용이 매우 불편한 것등의 결점이 있었다.
본고안은 종래의 이러한 결점을 해결하고 동작이 원활하며 구조가 간단하여 사용이 편리하도록 된 스위치장치를 제공하려는 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 전자렌지(1)의 일측에 삽입공(4)(4')이 형성된 절곡부(3)를 가진 기대(2)를 설치하고, 이의 일면에 축공(5)(5')과 결합공(6)을 형성하며 결합공(6)에는 지지편(18)과 통공(9)(9')을 형성하고 내면으로 스톱퍼(10)(10')를 형성시키며 지지편(8)에 삽입부(11)를 형성시킨 고정편(7)을 설치하고 축공(5)(5')과 통공(9)(9')에는 작동구(12)(12')을 설치하되 작동구(12)는 일단에 래칫부(13)를 형성하며 타단에는 다수의 걸림턱(14)을 형성하고 중앙외주연에 강·약캠(15)(16)을 형성시키며, 작동구(12')에는 일단에 랫칫부(13')를, 타단에는 다수의 걸림턱(14')을 각각 형성하고 중앙일측외 주연에는 캠(17)을 수개형성하며 각 작동구(12)(12')의 후방으로 강·약스위치(18)(18')와 ON/OFF스위치(19)를 각각 형성하는 한편, 삽입공(4)(4')과 삽입부(11)에는 안내편(21)(21')과 연결편(22)(22')을 형성시킨 비튼(20))20')을 상·하로 각각 설치하고 연결편(22)(22')에는 괘지부(24)(24')와 작동부(25)(25')를 형성시킨 밀편(23)(23')을 설치하며 괘지부(24)(24')에는 기대(2)의 절곡부(3)에 일단이 괘지된 스프링(26)(26')을 탄설토록 구성하여서 된 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 제5도와 같이 버튼(20)을 누르게 되면 연결편(22)에 연결된 밀편(23)이 전진하면서 이의 작동부(25)가 작동구(12)의 걸림턱(14)을 밀어 제5(c)도와 같은 상태에서 제5(a)도와 같은 상태로 동작시켜주므로서 강·약스위치(18)(18')가 동시에 작동되어 배출용 휀이 강하게 작동되며 버튼(20)은 스프링(26)의 복원력에 의하여 원위치된다.
이러한 상태에서 또 다시 버튼(20)을 누르게되면 밀편(23)의 작동부(25)가 작동구(12)의 걸림턱(14)을 다시 밀어 작동구(12)가 제5(b)도와 같은 상태로 회전되므로서 강스위치(18)는 캠(15)에서 해제되고 약스위치(18')만 캠(16)에 재치되어 배출용 휀이 약하게 작동토록 된 것이며 버튼(20)은 스프링(26)에 의하여 또 다시 볼원토록 되는 것이며 버튼(20)을 한번더 누르게 되면 강·약스위치(18)(18')는 캠(15)(16)에 모두 벗어나 OFF 상태가 되는 것이다.
한편, 제6도와 같이 버튼(20')을 누르게되면 상기와 같이 밀편(23')의 작동부(25')가 작동구(12')의 걸림턱(14')을 밀어주어 회동시켜주므로서 캠(17)에 의하여 ON/OFF 스위치(19)가 ON/OFF 동작을 하도록 된 것이며, 각 작동구(12)(12')가 역회전되지 않도록 한것이다.
이상과 같이 ON/OFF 스위치(19)와 배출용 휀의 강·약스위치(18)(18')를 캠(15)(16)(17)이 형성된 작동구(12)(12')의 회전에 따라 간단하고 원활하며 확실하게 동작시킬 수 있도록 된 것이며 종래와 같이 각 스위치를 별도로 나열하지 않고 일체화된 상태로구성하므로서 구조가 간단하고 고장률이 적으며 설치공간이 적어 전자렌지의 내부공간을 원활하게 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것등의 특징을 지닌 것이다.

  1. 삽입공(4)(4')을 가진 절곡부(3)를 형성하고 결합공(6)과 축공(5)(5')을 형성시킨 기대(2)를 형성하고 삽입공(4)(4')에는 안내편(21)(21')과 연장편(22)(22')을 형성시킨 버튼(20)(20')을 설치하고 연장편(22)(22')에는 괘지부(24)(24')의 작동부(25)(25')를 형성시킨 밀편(23)(23')을 형성하여 이를 스프링(26)(26')으로 탄설토록 하고 축공(5)(5')에는 걸림턱(14)(14')과 래칫부(13)(13') 및 캠(15)916)(17)을 각각 형성시킨 작동구(12)(12')를 각각 설치하여 고정편(7)의 내면에는 스톱퍼(10)(10')를 설치하여 작동구(12)(12')의 역회전을 방지토록 하고 작동구(12)(12')의 후방에는 강·약스위치(18)(18')와 ON/OFF스위치(19)를 각각 설치하여 구성된 전자렌지의 조절스위체장치.
