본 고안은 라디오 카세트용으로 사용되는 변압기와 같은 소형의 교류전원 변압기의 안전을 위한 소형변압기용 보호커버에 대한 것이다.The present invention relates to a protective cover for a small transformer for the safety of a small AC power transformer such as a transformer used for a radio cassette.
종래에 사용하던 소형변압기는 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 1차측 코일을 비닐제로된 접착 테이프로 1-2회 정도 감아서 절연을 하였으나 1차 코일과 코 어간의 안전거리의 유지가 어려으므로, 감전의 위현이 많은 폐단이 있었으며 또 제조시 테이프를 감는 작업이 번거로워 가공생산능률이 저하됨은 물론 프린트 기판의 회로설계에서는 각나라별 안전규격에 맞는 설계를 해야되고 또한 재질에도 규제를 받고 있어 설계상 많은 어려움이 있었다.As the conventional small transformer is insulated by winding the primary coil 1-2 times with vinyl adhesive tape as shown in FIG. 3, the safety distance between the primary coil and the core is difficult to maintain. 본 고안은 이와같은 점들을 해결하기 위해 개구된 전면의 상단에 1차리드선 배출구가 형성된 보호커어버를 성형하여 1,2차코일을 권취한 보빈이 씌워지게 결합하므로 간단히 코일과 코어가 절연되도록 하고 1차리드선을 쉽게 인출하여 AC전원 소켓에 연결할 수 있도록 고안한 것으로 첨부 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다. 1차코일(3)과 2차코일(3')의 권취부 간격(a), (b)을 각기 다르게 격리하는 격판(2)에 단턱(2')을 형성하고 1차코일측 외면판 상단에 반원형 인출홈(4)을 양측에 요설한 보빈(1)을, 전면 개구부(5)상단에 인출홈(4')이 양측에 요설되고 내면에는 안내돌기(6)가 양측에 종설된 감착부(7)를 형성한 커저(8)에 감착한 후 코어(9)를 감착부(7)외면에 끼워서 된 것이다.The present invention is to form a protective cover formed with a primary lead wire outlet on the upper end of the open front to solve these points, so that the bobbin wound around the first and second coils are covered so that the coil and the core are simply insulated.
