본 고안은 가로등 기구의 헤드와 글러브의 구성 개량에 관한 것이다. 종래에 가로등 기구의 헤드에 글러브를 달때는 헤드 한쪽에는 경첩을 달고 다른 쪽에는 나비 너트로 죄어서 헤드와 글러브를 결합하였으므로 장기간 사용하면 헤드와 글러브 사이의 패킹은 외기 온도 변화로 인하여 패킹이 수축되고 열화되어 헤드와 글러브 사이에 틈새가 생기므로 이틈새로 먼지나 하루살이가 들어가서 글러브 내면을 더럽게하므로 가로등의 조도를 저하시켰다.
따라서 주상에 올라가서 글러브 내면의 청소를 자주해줘야 하는 불편이 있었다.
그리고 종래의 가로등의 헤드는 주물로된 알미늄제이고 글러브는 두꺼운 유리로된 것이기 때문에 가로등이 고압용 400W의 대형 일때는 중량이 무거워서 시공이나 보수 할시에 불편하였으며, 특히 글러브는 유리가 두꺼워서 빛의 투광율을 저하 시키므로 밝게 비춰주지를 못하였다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 점을 감안하여 헤드와 글러브를 종래의 경첩과 너트로 고정하지 않고 걸림고리와 유동편에 의해 헤드에 글러브가 걸리도록 하고, 또 강한 탄성력을 가진 판스프링으로 사방에서 글러브를 헤드에 지속으로 밀착되게 하로서 장기간 사용하여도 등기구 속에 오물이 끼는 것을 막아서 가로등의 투광 효율을 높이고 글러브 청소를 자주하지 않아도 밝게 비춰주도록 하였다.
또한 헤드는 알미늄제 플랫으로 글러브는 투명 아크릴제로 형성하여 기계적 강도는 높임과 동시에 중량도 가볍게 하고, 또 투명 아크릴제의 글러브는 빛의 투광 효율을 높이게한 것이다.
본 고안의 구성은 별첨도와 같이 알미늄 플랫으로 형성된 장방형의 헤드(1) 주연부의 턱(2)내면에 패킹(3)을 접착하고 아크릴 글러브(4)의 주연부외측에 형성된 홈(5)에 판스프링(6)을 사방에서 끼워서 고정판(7)으로 헤드의 턱 외면(8)에 고정하고 글러브의 일측 홈(9)에는 걸림고리(10)로 유동편(11)이 글러브 안쪽면을 받치게 하며, 헤드 내부에는 터진 반사판(12)을 타원형으로 고정시켜서된 것이다.
미설명부호 13 : 전구소켓, 14 : 안전기 수용부, 15 : 고정나사, 16 : 유동편의 안내공, 17 : 글러브의 접합면, 18 : 가로등 폴, 19 : 헤드의 내부면이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과는 별첨도와 같이 소켓(13)에 400W의 나트륨, 메탈 할라이트 또는 수은 등의 고압용 전구를 끼우고 아크릴 글러브(4)의 주연부 외측에 형성된 홈(5)에 판스프링(6)을 걸어서 채우면 글러브(4) 주연부의 접합면(17) 전면이 헤드(1) 주연부에 접착된 패킹(3)에 압지되어 틈새가 벌어지지 않고, 또 판스프링(6)은 계속 탄성력으로 글러브(4)를 헤드(1)쪽으로 당기고 있으므로 글러브와 헤드를 완전 밀착시킨 상태로 유지하게 된다.
따라서 가로등으로 사용할시에 글러브 내부에는 먼지등이 전혀 들어갈 수 없기 때문에 글러브는 항상 깨끗해서 주위를 밝게 비춰주게되는 것이다. 그리고 글러브의 일측의 바깥쪽 홈(9)에는 걸림고리(10)가 걸려있고 글러브(4) 내면(19)에 나사(15)로 꽂아서 유동편(11)이 글러브면을 받치고 있으므로 글러브를 열었을때, 제2도와 같이 헤드에서 글러브가 이탈되지 않고 수직 위치로 매달리게 되어 용이하게 기구의 청소나 보수 작업을 할수 있게 하였다.
글러브를 열때는 글러브를 집고 있는 판스프링(6)을 모두 밖으로 제치면 되는 것이다.
그리고 걸림고리(10)와 유동편(11)의 구성은 글러브의 주연부의 접합면 전면이 패킹이 압지되도록한 것이다.
또한 반사판(12)의 일측이 터져 있으므로 인도쪽 보다 차도 쪽에 더 많은 빛을 비추게 되어 차도를 더욱 밝게한 것이다.
이와 같이 본 고안의 헤드와 글러브는 강도가 높고 가볍워서 설치나 보수가 용이하며, 헤드와 글러브의 개폐 조작이 간단하고 항상 밀봉된 상태이므로 글러브 내부에 오물이 전혀 침투되지 않으며, 또 투명 아크릴의 글러브는 종래의 유리보다 빛의 투과 효율을 높이게한 것이다.

  1. (정정) 헤드내부에는 일측이 터진 반사판이 설치되고 알미늄 플랫으로 형성된 장방형의 헤드(1) 주연부의 턱(2)내면에 패킹(3)을 접착하고 아크릴 글러브(4)의 주연부 외측에 형성된 홈(5)에 판스프링(6)을 사방에서 끼워서 고정판(7)으로 헤드의 턱 외면(8)에 고정한 가로등기구에 있어서, 글러브의 일측 홈(9)에는 걸림고리(10)로 걸고 유동편(11)이 글러브 안쪽면을 받치게하여된 가로등기구.
