본 고안은 부스타 케이블용 클립에 관한 것으로 견고하면서도 접점 상태가 양호하고 염가로 생산할 수 있게함을 목적으로 한다. 종래의 부스타 케이블용 클립를 전도성이 양호한 동으로 형성하였으나, 그재질이 고가이면서 견고하지 못하여 근자에 와서 클립의 선단일측에 사각육면체의 동을 착설하여 사용하고 있다. 이와 같은 구조는 클립전체는 재질이 견고한 철재로 형성하고 선단일측에만 괘상의 동을 착설한 것이어서 견고하고 염가로 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있으나, 사용시 접점상태가 양호하지 못하였다. 즉, 납으로 형성된 터미날은 대기에 노출되어 있는 동안 표면부식내지는 때가 끼어 인면이 평면상태인 사각육면체인 동과 접촉시키면 접전이 잘되지 않게 되며 접전이 된다하드라도 클립과 터미날의 접촉상태가 면 접촉이므로 안정되지 못하고 유동되는 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a clip for a busta cable, the purpose of which is solid, but the contact state is good and can be produced at a low cost.
