Claims (1)

  1. 염화아연 60-80%의 수용액으로 40-80℃에서 1-10분간 처리하여 원지를 염화아연 용액에 침지시킨 후 드럼에 15장까지의 두께로 감아 절단한 다음 잉여한 후 물로 세척하여 염화아연을 완전히 제거한 후 70-100℃에서 2-3시간 동안 건조오븐에서 건조하고 프레스로 102-104kg/cm2압력과 100-150℃의 온도로 압축하여 절단가공함을 특징으로 하는 견지의 제조방법.
    1) 염화아연 60-80%의 수용액으로 40-80℃에서 1-10분간 처리하는 독립항 제1항에 있어서, 1-15장의 원지를 동시에 염화아연 침지통에 통과시킨 후 30-50℃로 가열된 로울러로 압착하면서 절단하여 24시간 동안 잉여시킨 후 농도가 많은 염화아연 수용액으로부터 점차 낮은 농도의 염화아연 수용액으로 세척하여 물로 세척한 다음 회전식 건조로에서 80-120℃의 온도로 건조하고 102-104kg/cm2의 압력으로 압착한 다음 절단가공하는 견지 제조방법.
    2) 염화아연 60-80%의 수용액으로 40-80℃에서 1-10분간 처리하는 독립항 제1항에 있어서, 1-15장의 원지를 함께 염화아연 수용액에 침지시킨 후 30-60℃의 공기를 15-30분간 통과시키며 열성을 하므로서 잉여를 하고 점차 낮은 염화아연 수용액으로 세척한 다음 물로 세척하고 70-150℃온도의 로울러를 통과시키며 건조한 다음 압착성형함을 특징으로 하는 견지제조방법.
