본 고안은 각종 어물을 건조함에 있어 기후변동에 따라 피건조물을 신속히 이동처리할 수 있도록 함과 동시에, 2대이상의 건조대를 직열연결되게 함으로서 좁은 공간내에서 다량의 어물을 건조시킬 수 있도록한 이동식 어물건조대에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 어물을 자연건조시킴에 있어서는 고정된 지주에 여러가닥의 줄을 연결하여 어물을 줄에 매달아 건조하거나 또는 지면상에 평면적으로 어물을 배열시켜 건조하는 것이었으므로 급격한 일기변화에 따라 피건조물을 수거이동시키려면 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되는 것이었고, 일단 걷어드린어 물을 다시 간제건조실내로 이동수용시킴에 있어서도 많은 시간이 소요됨으로서 그동안에 어물이 변질되는 경우가 빈선한 것이었고, 특히 오징어와 같은 껍질이 엷은 어물은 건조진행중 수분간의 환경변화에 따라 변색되거나 부패하게 되는 것이어서 일기변화에 따라 자연건조상태에서 강제건조상태로 이동시키는 경우에는 신속한 이동처리가 요구되는 것이었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 일기변화에 따른 피건조물의 이동작업을 신속히 행할 수 있게하고, 자연건조대 또는 건조실용의 강제건조대로 겸용될 수 있게함과 동시에 2대의 건조대를 길게 연결사용할 수 있도록 구성함으로서 좁은 공간에서 다량의 어물을 건조시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로서 이하 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
바퀴(1)를 착설한 기틀(2)상에 대향하는 2개의 지주(3)(3')를 입설하고 각지주(3)(3')에는 등간격으로 수개의 삽입공(4)을 천공하여 지주(3)(3')양측에 동일한 길이로 돌출되도록 수평관(5)(5')을 각 삽입공(4)에 삽입고정시키며, 각 수평관(5)(5')내에는 수평관(5)(5')의 길이보다 짧은 보조연결관(6)(6')이 내장되도록 구성하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 부호 7은 수평관(5)(5')을 고정시키기 위한 지지관이고, 8은 어물꼬챙이이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이 2대의 건조대를 대향된 상태로 놓고, 지주(3)(3')양측으로 돌출된 각 수평관(5)(5')속에 삽입된 보조연결관(6)(6')을 인출하여 양측건조대의 각 수평관(5)(5')사이를 연결한 후 연결된 양측의 수평관(5)(5')과 보조연결관(6)(6')사이에 어물을 꽂은 꼬챙이를 여러단으로 얹어놓게 되는 것인바, 자연건조 진행중에 일기변화등으로 인하여 어물을 급히 수거하여야할 경우에는 양측수평관(5)(5')과 보조연결관(6)(6')사이에 얹혀진 꼬챙이(8)를 지주(3)(3')쪽으로 밀어 붙여 모든 꼬챙이(8)를 각 수평관(5)(5')위로 밀집시키고 연결상태에 있는 보조연결관(6)(6')을 수평관(5)(5')속으로 밀어넣은 상태로 이동시키면 어물을 건조대에 매단채 신속히 이동시킬 수 있는 것이며, 건조대를 그대로 건조실내로 진입시켜 다시 보조연결관(6)(6')을 연결시키고, 일측에 밀어붙였던 꼬챙이(8)를 보조연결관(6)(6')쪽으로 배열시키면 건조실내에서의 강제건조준비가 완료되는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 보조연결관(6)(6')이 수평관(5)(5')내에 삽입된 상태에서는 외형이 축소되어 이동조작이 용이하, 고보조연결관(6)(6')을 인출하여 2대의 건조대를 연결시키면 다량의 어물을 매달 수 있게되어 작업능률이 향상되는 것이며, 건조진행중에도 어물이 건조대에 매달린 상태에서 건조대를 이동시켜 일기변화에 따른 어물의 수거와 재배치작업을 단기간내에 행할 수 있는 것이므로 어물이 변색이나 변질되는 것을 방지하여 품질을 향상시키게 되는등 사용상 편리한 작용효과를 나타내는 것이다.

  1. 바퀴(1)를 착설한 기틀(2)상에 좌우관통하는 삽입공(4)이 형성된 지주(3)(3')를 입설하여 각 지주(3)(3')의 양측으로 돌출되게 수개의 수평관(5)(5')을 삽입공(4)에 삽입고정하고 각 수평관(5)(5')내에는 보조연결관(6)(6')을 장설하여서 된 이동식 어물건조대.
