본 고안은 ㄷ자형 점프와이어(Jumper Wire)를 보다 간편히 기판에 삽입시키기 위한 점프와이어 삽입기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a jumpwire inserter for easily inserting a U-shaped jumpwire into a substrate.

본 고안의 점프와이어삽입기에 의해 점프와이어를 기판에 삽입시키기 위해서는 먼저 점프와이어압착구(6)를 후측으로 밀고 점프와이어(1)를 점프와이어 재치대(11)내에 넣은후, 압착구(6)를 놓으면 스프링(8)에 의하여 후측으로 밀고 점프와이어(1)를 점프와이어 재치대(11)내에 넣은후, 압착구(6)를 놓으면 스프링(8)에 의하여 점프와이어(1)는 항상 선단에 압착되어 있고 점프와이어(1)의 선단이 점프와이어 배출구(2)에 약간 돌출된 상태가 된다. 다시 기판에 형성된 점프와이어삽입구에 상기 점프와이어 배출구(2)로 돌출된 점프와이어(1)의 선단을 대고 손잡이(9)를 누르면 누름판(3)이 축(5)(5')을 따라 하측으로 이동하면서 누름판(3)의 선단이 맨앞의 점프와이어(1)를 하측으로 눌러 기판의 삽입구에 하나의 점프와이어(1)를 삽입시키게 된다. 손잡이(9)를 놓으면 스프링(4)에 의하여 누름판(3)이 다시 상측으로 복귀되면서 스프링(8)에 의하여 점프와이어(1)는 다시 배출된 점프와이어(1)만큼 앞쪽으로 밀려간다.In order to insert the jump wire into the substrate by the jump wire inserter of the present invention, first, the jump wire crimp 6 is pushed to the rear side, and the jump wire 1 is inserted into the jump wire placing table 11, and then the crimp 6 is inserted.
