Claims (5)

  1. 하우징이 핸들에 고정되는 핸들 고정부와 아우터수구 부착부를 가지는 지지부를 구비하여 이 하우징에 브레이크레버가 회전 가능하게 부착되고 지지부를 삽통한 이 너와이어 단부의 고정 단자가 상기 레버의 코오너 부착부에 연결지지된 브레이크레버 장치에 있어서 상기 하우징은 하우징 본체와 아우터 수구부착부를 가지는 지지구로 이루어지고 상기 하우징본체는 한쪽에 핸들이 삽통되는 핸들고정부와 이 핸들고정부에 형성된 분할홈 양쪽 가장자리로 부터 각각 바깥쪽으로 달아내 형성이된 체결용 플랜지부를 딴쪽에 끼워맞추는 홈부를 각각 동일방향으로 구비한 경합금재로 이루어진 압출형틀을 짧은 칫수로 절단되어서 이루워지고 상기 지지구는 하우징본체의 끼워 맞추는 홈부에 끼워 넣어지고 또한 고정되는 삽입부가 구비되고, 상기 브레이크레버의 코오너부착부는 레버본체의 코오너 지지벽에 형성된 부착공과 이 코오너 지지벽의 일측에 부착된 지지판에 형성된 부착공으로 이루어지고 양부착공에 상기 고정 단자의 양단부가 각각 연결지지된 것을 특징으로한 브레이크 레버장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지구는 한쪽에 하우징본체의 끼워맞추는 홈부에 끼우기 떼는것을 자유로히 끼워넣는 삽입부가 설치되고 딴쪽에 아우터 수구가 부착된 아우터 수구부착부가 설치되어, 상기 삽입부에는 끼워넣은 홈부에 끼워넣어 졌을 때에끼워 넣는 홈부에 설치된 삽통공과 연통하는 삽통공이 설치되어 각 삽통공에 걸쳐서 삽통된 고정핀에 의해서 지지구가 하우징 본체에 고정된 것을 특징으로한 브레이크 레버장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지구는 한쪽에 하우징 본체의 끼워맞추는 홈부에 끼워빼기가 자유로히 끼워넣는 삽입부가 설치되어 딴쪽에 아우터 수구가 부착되는 아우터 수구부 착부가 설치되어 이 아우터 수구 부착부에 아우터 수구의 수나사부가 진퇴가 자유로히 나사 맞춤되는 암나사부가 설치되는 동시에 상단으로 부터 이 암나사부에 연통하는 이 너와이너 삽탈용의 삽통홈이 설치된 것을 특징으로한 브레이크 레버장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징본체의 핸들고정부, 체결용 플랜지부 및 끼워맞추는 홈부가 각각 동일방향으로 동일폭으로서 짧은 칫수로 절단되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로한 브레이크 레버장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지판이 보강용 금속판으로된 것을 특징으로 한 브레이크 레버장치.
