Claims (2)

  1. 상을 통해 연속적으로 가스를 흘려 보냄으로써 입자 상을 유동화시키는 공정중에서, 상이 적어도 두개의 나뉘어진 부분으로 되어 있으며, 가스를 한 번에 한 부분씩 각 부분내에 연속적으로 주입시키고, 전체 입자상이 유동화 상태을 유지하기에 충분한 속도로 연속적으로 가스를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 유동화 공정.
  2. 제1항을 따르며, 상이 2-8 부분으로 나뉘어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
