제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하는 장치의 개략도이다.
Claims (2)
- 층을 우선 원하는 조업 온도로 냉각시키고, 층에 냉매를 통과시킴으로써, 입자층을 냉각시키고 유동화시키기 위한 공정중에서, 다음의 단계로 구성되어; (a) 액체 냉매와 가스의 혼합물을 대략 원하는 조업온도에서 유지되기에 충분한 온도를 제공하기 위하여 층 근처에 외부의 지점에서 대기온도로 있는 불활성 가스와 액체 냉매를 혼합시키며; (b) 층내에 위치한 적어도 두개의 열전달 코일내에 단계 (a)에서 생성된 혼합물을 주입하고, 그것에 의해 층이 원하는 조업온도로 되며, 액체 냉매는 혼합물 내에서 증발되며; 그리고 (c) 단계(b)에서 형성된 가스와 증발된 액체 냉매의 혼합물을 코일로부터 제거하고 유동화될 층내에 혼합물을 주입하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법.
