Claims (3)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아일히드라지노피리다진을 a) 폐환제와 반응시키거나, 또는 b) N―CR3―옥시)카보닐―0―메틸이소우레아와 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 수득한 다음 가수분해시키거나, 또는 c) 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 암모니아와 반응시키거나, 또는 d) 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 필요에 따라서는 축합체를 첨가하여 가열에 의해 환화시키고, 얻어지는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 필요에 따라서는, 약학적으로 허용되는 산에 의해 그의 염의로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 3―아미미―6―아릴―1,2,4―트리아졸로〔4,3―6〕피리다진 및 약학적으로 허용되는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식들에 있어서, R1과 R2는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서, 수소, 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 페닐기 또는 염소원자를 나타내고, Ar는 페닐, 비페닐릴, 톡녹시페닐, 페닐티오페닐, 페닐술피닐페닐, 페닐수포닐페닐, 1―또는 2―나프틸, 2―또는 3―티에닐, 2―푸릴, 2―피롤릴, 1―메틸―2―피롤릴, 2―, 3―또는 4―피리딜과 같은 방향족기 (이들 방향족기들은 플루오루, 염소, 브롬, 요오ㄷ, 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 3 내지 8의 시클로알킬기, 알킬 부위의 탄소원자수가 1 내지 4개인 페닐알킬기, 알킬부위의 탄소원자수가 각각 1 내지 6개인 알콕시 또는 알킬티오기, 히드록시기, 니트로기, 시아노기, 트리플루오로메틸기, 카복실기, 카복실기와 탄소원자수 1내지 6의 알콜과의 에스테르, 아미노카보닐, 아미노, 아세트아미도 또는 알킬부위의 탄소원자수가 1 내지 6개인 알콜시카보닐 아미노기와 같은 1,2,3 또는 4개의 원자(들) 또는 기(들)에 의해 임의로 치환될 수 있으며, R3는 탄소우너자수 1 내지 10의 알킬, 벤질 또는 페닐을 나타내며, R4는 염소, 브롬 또는 메틸티오를 나타내며, Z는 0,S는 NH를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 함유하는 신경안정작용과 경련치료 작용을 갖는 약학조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 초조감, 불면증, 경련 및 이경이긴장증(裡經異緊張症)의 질병 치료를 위한 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 사용.
