Claims (1)

  1. 자동차 피스톤의 표면처리방법에 있어서, 표면의 흑연 코팅 원액 조성물을 중량비로하여 카본 23-31%, 흑연 1.5-2.5% P.T.F.E. Resin을 나머지로하여 조성하고 조성된 코팅액 100gr을 정량하여 경화제(MOS20.5-3%)14-15gr을 고루 교반하여 희석제(Toluene) 20-25gr을 조금씩 첨가하면서 액 농도를 소성온도를 150-200℃ 범위로 1-2시간동안 저온소성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차 피스톤의 표면 처리방법.
