본고안은 먹기에 좋도록 껍질을 벗겨내는 들깨 탈피기에 관한 것으로서 탈피작용이 원활하게 이루어지도록 한 것이다. 종래의 탈피기는 롤러가 연접하여 회동하는 사이를 통과하면서 탈피가 되었으나, 탈피가 완전하게 이루어지지 않았었고, 또한 외통의 내면에 톱니를 형성하고 롤터의 외면에 톱니가 형성되어 롤러가 회동하면서 외통의 내면톱니와 롤러의 톱니에 의하여 탈피가 되는 것이 있었으나, 탈피중 들깨가 부스러지는 결점이 있었다.This article is about perilla peeler peeling to eat well, so that the peeling action is made smoothly.
