종래에는 플랜지 파이프를 연결함에 있어서는 플랜지에 여러 개의 구멍을 뚫고 연결코저 하다 양 플랜지를 보울트로 체결하여 일체로 형성하는 것이었으므로 2개의 파이프를 접속하거나 분리할 때에는 여러개의 체결보울트를 조립 분해하여야 되는 불편이 있는 것이었고 또한 보울트의 체결강도에 따라 양 플랜지의 각 대접하는 면이 받는 체결압력이 상이하여 플랜지가 일측으로 경사지게 되면 파이프내의 유체가 접속부분에서 누설되는 경우가 빈번하였으며. 보통 파이프를 유니온 죠인트로 접속하는 경우에는 접속하는 양측 파이프에 각각 유니온 나사와 유니온 스위블 엔드(union swivel end)를 연결한 후 유니온 너트로 체결하여야 되는 것이어서 파이프의 접속시에 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되는 것이었으며, 별도의 유니온 죠인트를 준비하여야 되는 등 사용상 불편한 점이 많은 것이었다.Conventionally, in connecting flanged pipes, several flanges are drilled and connected to each other, and both flanges are bolted together to form a single body. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안을 실시함에 있어서는 직선상으로 된 통상의 합성수지관체(1)에 나사부가 서로 반대측을 향하도록 유니온 나사(5)와 유니온 너트(6)를 끼운 후 열가소성 합성수지로 된 관체(1)의 양단부를 가열하여 플랜지(2)(2')를 관체(1)와 일체가 되게 형성하면 되는 것으로서, 관체(1)에 끼워진 유니온 나사(5)와 유니온 너트(6)는 플랜지(2)(2')에 의하여 관체(1) 밖으로 빠져나올 수 없게 되는 것이며 따라서 유니온 죠인트를 분실하거나 별도로 준비할 필요가 없는 것이고, 제2도 및 제4도에 도시한 비와 같이 접속하고자 히는 2개의 관체(1)(1)는 접속될 양 플랜지(2)(2') 사이에 ○링(3)을 개재시켜 유니온 나사(5)와 유니온 너트(6)만을 나힙하면 되는 것이어서 파이프의 접속분리작업이 극히 용이하며, 유니온 나사(5)와 유니온 너트(6)의 나합으로 인하여 대향하는 플랜지(2)(2') 사이의 ○링(3)에는 균일한 체결압력이 미치게 되는 것이어서 종래 여러 개의 보울트를 사용하여 플랜지(2)(2')를 체결하는 것에 비하여 우수한 누설방지효과를 기대할 수 있어 사용상 편리한 작용효과를 나타내는 것이다.In carrying out the present invention configured as described above, the union screw 5 and the union nut 6 are inserted into the general synthetic resin tube 1 in a straight line so that the screw portions face each other, and then the thermoplastic resin tube 1 is made of thermoplastic synthetic resin.
