채석된 현무암을 적당한 크기로 절단한 시편을 가열로서 약 1500℃-2000℃까지 일차 가열하여 그 표면을 융융시킨 다음 냉각한 후 그 표면에 에폭시수지를 도포하여 침투시키고 그위에 실리카나 납유리를 색체안료와 혼합하여 분사도포하고 이차적으로 적당한 온도로 가열 융융시켜 표면층을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로한 현무암을 주재로한 인조 건축석재의 제조방법.The specimen cut from quarryed basalt to the proper size is first heated to about 1500 ℃ -2000 ℃ by melting it, and then cooled.
