보리차의 제법

Claims (2)

1∼2회 정도로 정맥기를 거쳐 보리를 정선케하고, 제1차가열소성기내에 투입시킨, 보리알맹이의 약 1/3 정도되는 다수의 화강암 입자를 미리 150∼250℃정도 가열시키면서, 상기 정선된 보리를 다수의 화강암입자와 혼합하여 3∼5분정도 회전가열시키고, 이를 제2차 가열소성기내에 이동투입시켜 150∼300℃ 정도로 5∼10분 회전가열하여 보리의 각피외부로 표출되어진 보리의 속살과 각피를 다갈색으로 변형시킨 다음, 이를 냉각기겸 정선판으로 이동시켜, 순수보리 만을 채취하여 분쇄기를 통해 보리알맹이의 약 1/6∼1/10 정도의 입자로 할맥시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 보리차의 제법.
분쇄기를 통해 보리알맹이의 약 1/6∼1/10 정도의 입자로 할맥시킨 보리입자와 미네랄 성분의 천연광석을 3:1의 비율로 혼합시켜서 됨을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제1항의 보리차의 제법.
