본 고안은 테이프 이송중에 테이프가 회로적인 고장 또는 기구적인 고장으로 인하여 정상적으로 이송되지 않을 때 테이프가 늘어지면서 엉키어 회전축이나 로울러에 감기게 되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 포토 트랜지스터를 이용하여 테이프가 늘어지는 것을 즉시 감지하는 테이프 늘어짐 검출장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention immediately prevents the tape from stretching by using a phototransistor to prevent the tape from tangling and being caught on the rotating shaft or roller when the tape is not transferred normally due to a circuit failure or mechanical failure. 최초에 동작 스위치를 ON하면 전원이 인가되어 테이프가 모우터축(4')과 핀치로울러(5)를 통하여 테이크업 릴(7)에 감기게 되는데 테이프의 주행중에 모우터 (4)의 고장이나 고물벨트(10)의 불량, 또는 회전물 사이에 이물질이 끼어 테이크업 릴(7)이 정상 회전속도로 테이프를 감아주지 못하게 되면 핀치로울러(5)와 모우터툭(4')사이를 통하면서 모우터축(4')이 회전력에 의하여 테이프가 이송되므로 로울러(5)근방에 테이프가 늘어지는 경우가 많으므로 핀치 로울러(5)후방에 테이프가 늘어지면 모이드록된 안내홈(1)에 늘어진 테이프가 모이게 되고 약 0.5초 정도의 시간동안 테이프가 늘어지면 안내홈(1)에 모인 테이프가 발광소자(3)로 부터의 빛을 차단하여 포토 트랜지스터(2)가 오프되는 것이다. 따라서 제1도에서 포토 트랜지스터(2)의 오프로 인하여 전원이 차단되고 모우터(4)가 회전을 중지하게 된다. 즉 테이프가 주행중에 기구적인 고장 또는 회로적인 고장등으로 인하여 테이크업 릴(7)이 제대로 테이프를 감아주지 못하여 내부에서 늘어지게 되면 제1도에 도시한 회로에 의하여 모우터축(4')을 돌리는 캡스턴 모터(도시생략함)를 정지시켜 테이프 이송을 즉시 중단시키므로 테이프 및 다른 부품들의 손상을 방지할 수가 있는 것이다.When the operation switch is first turned on, the power is applied and the tape is wound on the take-up reel 7 through the motor shaft 4 'and the pinch roller 5, and the motor 4 is broken or stuck while the tape is running.
