The present invention relates to both ends of the two-dimensional bone pattern formed by dividing the inclined tone with a double beam device, the surface of the fabric is woven by the runner method, and the back surface is woven by an irregular plain weave, so that the warp wounds a large number of wefts ( After weaving, weaved by weaving a separate weft yarn of thick cotton yarn. After weaving, we extracted the weft yarn of thick cotton yarn typed by weaving and formed three-dimensional bone patterns on both ends. By controlling the thickness of the wefts arbitrarily, various and three-dimensional bone patterns can be obtained by a simple weaving process, and at the same time, even if the bone patterns expressed on both ends are subjected to pressure, they return to their original state immediately so as not to be deformed. This elegant and three-dimensional bone pattern can be provided.
In conventional fabrics that form bones such as loop piles and both ends of bones, the bones are shallow in height, consuming a lot of weft, and not having a certain purpose, but also having touch and luster. There were various defects such as failure to follow and expect high quality of the product and deterioration of the characteristics of the product.
The present invention is formed by three-dimensional thimble on both ends in order to solve such a conventional defect, but the inclination is a number of wefts to rise and skip, and weaving by weaving a type of weft of thick cotton yarn separately, then weaving completed After removing the coarse cotton yarn typed on the inclined surface, the coarse cotton yarn is present in the form where the inclined loops are formed at the place where the coarse cotton yarn is typed to form three-dimensional stripes. It will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings as follows.
