본원 고안은 이상과 같은 종래의 실정을 감안하여 이루어진 것으로 클러치의 전달토오크의 조정조작이 간단한 드라이버 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로하여 이루어진 것으로, 이하 제1도 및 제2도에 의거하여 본원 고안의 일실시예를 설명한다. 도면에 있어서(1)은 나사구멍(1a)부가 원주방향으로 2분할(二分割)되는 케이싱편(1A)과 (1B)로 구성된 케이싱, (1b)는 나사구멍(1a)의 내주면에 형성된 요소(凹所), (2)는 케이싱(1)에 지지된 베어링, (3)은 베어링(2)에 정, 역회전이 자재토록 지지된 구동축, (4)는 구동축(3)과 쌍을 이루는 드라이버축이며, 구동축(3)과, 베어링(5)으로 회전자재로 지지되는 동시에, 부하측단에 고착된 처크(chuck)(6)에 장착된 비트(bit)(도시하지 않음)을 회전시키기 위한 것이다. (7)은 구동축(3)과 드라이버축(4)과의 연결을 단속하는 맞물림 클러치이며, 구동축(3)에 고착된 클러치원판(8)과, 드라이버축(4)의 반부하측 단부 외주에 축방향 이동이 자재로, 원주방향에는 걸어맞추도록 지지된 클러치원판(9)과 클러치원판(9)과 스프링받이(10)와의 사이에 배설되고, 클러치원판(9)을 클러치원판(8)에 압압하는 압축코일스프링(11)으로 구성되는 것으로, 스프링(11)의 스프링압이 클러치(7)의 전달토오크에 대응하는 값에 이르지 못할 경우는 클러치원판(9)이 스프링(11)의 스프링압에 항거하여 이동함으로써, 클러치원판(8)과 (9)와의 사이에 슬립이 생겨, 클러치(7)의 전달토오크가 제한되도록 된 것이다.
